You can now open a Christmas Saving Account with any of Fife's 6 Credit Unions and your savings will be locked away until 1st November 2010. Just £10 a week will give you £350 for Christmas shopping in November.

Money Guidance & Budgeting
Kingdom Credit Union now have a full-time Money Guidance Officer to provide budgeting advice and guidance. Roberta Goodall is based in the Credit Union office in Methilhill and you can phone her on 01592 714888 to make an appointment.
This is an excellent FREEand CONFIDENTIAL service available to anyone living or working in Central Fife.
Whether you're already experiencing some financial difficulties or if you're just worried about coping on a tight budget, Roberta can offer practical help, especially if your circumstances have changed recently, e.g. relationship breakdown, new tenancy, birth of a baby, etc.
Introductory Loans
We also offer loans to non-members who need access to a loan quickly due to an emergency or to clear arrears but you must live in Central Fife and be in receipt of some form of benefit.
Repayment of these loans must be through a Benefit. The maximum you can borrow is £250 and you must join the credit union and start to save with each repayment of your loan. Interest on introductory loans will be charged at 26.8%.
